The Muscle of Discipline

Have you ever been to the gym after being absent for several years? It's a challenge trying to get back in the swing of things. But after a while, if you remain consistent, going to the gym will feel routine. The keyword here is consistency, a challenge we all face. And it requires discipline to remain consistent in anything.
The muscle of discipline is developed by remaining consistent. And to be consistent includes doing what needs to be done, no matter how you feel. The goal here is not to submit to your feelings of not doing something that needs to be done at the time. For me, I must write daily. It reminds me how I must remain sharp and dedicated to my craft as a writer. Of course this doesn't just apply to writing; it is feasible for every area of life. Stay consistent to build your muscle of discipline.
